Singapore has announced a freeze on all new Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) bookings from all VTL countries until 20 January 2022. Existing bookings on VTL flights will be honoured, so if you already have a seat booked on a VTL flight into Singapore, you will still be able to enter under the current arrangement for VTL flights. Travellers (excluding Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) with travel/transit history in the past 14 days to Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe are not permitted to enter or transit Singapore. If you enter through a VTL, you'll have to undergo additional COVID-19 testing on days 3 and 7 upon arrival into Singapore.
