Paraguay

Paraguay has lifted most COVID-19 movement restrictions. To enter Paraguay, you'll need proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before arrival, or a rapid antigen test (RAT) taken no more than 24 hours before boarding. Non-resident foreign travellers who are 18 years or older must be fully vaccinated and have comprehensive travel insurance which includes COVID-19 coverage. All travellers must fill out a statutory declaration before travelling.
