You must provide either a negative RT-PCR or negative antigen test, administered and certified by a health care professional to enter the Philippines. If you're fully vaccinated you can enter the Philippines without a visa and without quarantine, provided you meet certain requirements. If you're entering the Philippines visa-free, you must have travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment with a minimum coverage of $US35,000.
