Mali

Get professional security advice before you travel. Keep vehicle doors and windows locked, even when moving.
There is a high risk of terrorist attacks. This has increased since mid-July 2022 in central and southern Mali, including in Bamako. Terrorists have primarily targeted security forces facilities, resulting in casualties, including civilians.
